Since 2017 we've built a boutique steakhouse the way we'd want to eat in one - quiet obsession with sourcing, a grill hot enough to matter, and a menu that reads like it means it. Every steak is fully halal, dry-aged, and finished on a lava-hot stone brought straight to the table.

12oz Argentinian ribeye, seared over open flame and set on a 400°C volcanic stone. Finished with our house chimichurri, one side, and your choice of sauce.
