When you contact us, reserve a table, apply for a job, or use our to-go partner, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, party size, dietary notes you volunteer, and any content of messages you send us. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We use your information to hold your reservation, respond to enquiries, process employment applications, and improve our service. We do not sell your data.

We process your data under legitimate interest (running a restaurant and responding to guests), contract (fulfilling reservations and orders), and consent (marketing communications where you opt in).

We share limited data with our order partner (Burgerist) for Eat Meat To Go collections, our reservation team, and service providers that host our website and email. We do not share your data with advertisers.

We keep enquiry emails for up to 24 months, reservation records for up to 12 months, and job applications for up to 6 months unless you ask us to delete sooner.
